Designed to expand the other persons thinking rather than clarify your own thinking or offer advice.

  • What have you noticed that keep re-occuring?
  • If you could, what would you do?


This was an interesting process, felt uncomfortable at times as advice, clarifying questions were banned. Also lots of silence (difficult for teachers). I can see the merits of the process but would need to have trust in the group and its participants.
